My experience with Elvin was remarkable to say the least.
I have a close friend who hasn’t been in the best of physical health, and having them see a medical professional was seemingly not an option due to their condition and lack of English-speaking ability.
I did some search on google and found several agencies within this profession and made some calls. I spoke with a couple representatives in regards to setting up an appointment and ended up scheduling for three appointments several weeks apart from each other. I was disappointed to find that each of these appointments was accompanied by a totally different person from the agency and found it essentially impossible to have consistency with the gentleman (and woman) that we met with based on their lack of knowledge on the prior medical visits, and my friends state of health following their accident.
This was a very frustrating experience and led me to search for other possibilities. I found Grado Services Interpreting on a web search and sent an email shortly after. I had some concerns following my prior experience, and expressed those thoroughly. I got a response THE SAME DAY and was able to set up an appointment just days after. We have since met with our doctor (And Elvin) several times within the last several weeks and have been blessed to have done so. At one point we had to cancel an appointment and reschedule for a couple days later and was delighted to have him be able to work around that.
My friend is in much better spirit, and we have actually been making some progress now!! The level of attentiveness, and professionalism is unmatched based on my prior experiences. We are very much thankful. I would not hesitate to recommend the services to anyone else, short or long term.
